Record A-Level Results at Cayman Prep and High School (updated)

We celebrate with Cayman Prep and High School and give thanks to God for another year of great A-Level and GCSE/IGCSE results!  The big news this year is in the A-Level (“A2”) results, with record percentages of passes in the top grades of A*- B and A*- C. The A*- B rates, at 63.1%, achieved an almost 50% improvement from 2013, itself the previous record. The A* - C rate of 89.2% is a sterling achievement, as a comparison with the rate achieved by the schools of the Independent Schools Council in the UK will attest. And many of those schools are more selective for entry into the A-levels programme, while as a church owned school Cayman Prep’s mission is more widely focused.
In that regard, the percentage of students obtaining at least 5 GCSE/IGCSE passes at the A* - C grades remained at 98%, with 92% gaining 7 or more subjects at those grades and 59% 10 or more.
Click here for further details on top achievements in each of the three examination levels. Our sincere congratulations and best wishes for God’s continued blessings and protection to all the students concerned, their teachers and parents and the other staff and leadership of the School.
