photo Rev Dr Yvette Noble-BloomfieldRev. Dr. Yvette Noble-Bloomfield was appointed as the Regional Deputy General Secretary on December 1, 2015. She was ordained to the Ministry of Word and Sacrament in the United Church in Jamaica and the Cayman Islands (UCJCI) on July 8, 1984. She has served in the UCJCI as the Minister of the Harbour View, Lincoln Kirk and St Paul's (L.A.) United Churches in Jamaica, the John Gray Memorial Church in the Cayman Islands and in the United Church of Canada as the Minister of  St. Andrews and Trinity United Churches,  both located in Nova Scotia. 

Rev. Dr. Noble-Bloomfield served as the Regional Deputy General Secretary of the Western Regional Mission Council from 2009-2011. She was called to the Office of the Moderator of Synod and served as Moderator from 2013-2015.Rev. Dr. Noble-Bloomfield also served as the Director and Counsellor of the Bethesda Counselling Centre, located in George Town, Grand Cayman from October 2011-November 2015.

A graduate of the University of the West Indies, the United Theological College of the West Indies and the Columbia Theological Seminary in Decatur, Georgia, USA, she holds a B.A.(Theology) Hons and Doctor of Ministry degrees.
