Dear Sisters and Brothers,

We are at the threshold of a historic moment in the life of the Cayman Islands Regional Mission Council.

The CIRMC now has four Charges, and the Ministers and Lay Pastors have new assignments. The Staff at both the Council Office and the Bethesda Counselling Centre also have changes in their engagements.

The new Charges are:

2. John Gray- South Sound United (John Gray Memorial Church and South Sound United)
3. Bodden Town- Savannah (Webster Memorial and Savannah United)
4. North-East Charge (William Pouchie Memorial, East End United and Gun Bay United)

The Robert Young Memorial Church has been declared a Mission Station of the Elmslie Memorial Church. Lay Pastor John Macmillan is assigned to the Mission Station and Rev L Christopher Mason will supervise the ministry and mission.

Rev. Menko remains the Programme Secretary/ Communication Officer and will serve as the Administrative Assistant at the Bethesda Counselling Centre. His duty post is now at Bethesda. His new work contact is 946-6575.

The Council's leadership remains unchanged. However, there is a change in the administrative support for the Vice-Chairs. The RDGS will provide administrative support the  Vice-Chairs for Leadership, Discipleship and Mission.

Thanks to all of you for your patience and cooperation during the months of discernment, consultation and decision making. We are grateful to God for leading us through this process and pray for God's continued presence and guidance in all our endeavours.
